Carolyn Barlow Lane, Vice PresidentCarolyn came to Storke Funeral Home as a Monument Sales Person in 1994 after owning and operating the Bowling Green Western Auto Associate Store for 20 years. In May of 1998 Carolyn graduated Summa Cum Laude from John Tyler Community College and in 1999 became a Licensed Funeral Director in the State of Virginia. In December, 2001 she graduated Cum Laude from Averett University as well as obtained the position of Vice President for Storke Funeral Service, Inc. Carolyn was one of the founding members of the Caroline County Chamber of Commerce and is the Assistant Treasurer and member of Bowling Green Baptist Church. In December, 2002, Carolyn became the Treasurer for the Bowling Green Rescue Squad. |
Gordon SmithersMr. Smithers has been with Storke Funeral Services since the late 1950's. He retired as the local manager for GTE and is a WWII Army veteran. Mr. Smithers currently serves as a Deacon for Calvary Baptist Church. |
![]() Paul PattonMr. Patton has been employed with Storke Funeral Home since 1992. He retired from the Naval Surface Warfare Center as an Ordinance Equipment Mechanic after 30 years. Formerly chief of the Port Royal Volunteer Fire Department he is currently a member of the Board of Directors and a lifetime member of the Port Royal Fire Department. Additionally, Mr. Patton is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a Deacon of Calvary Baptist Church. |
George SpauldingMr. Spaulding has been employed with Storke Funeral Home part-time since 1994. He is a retired teacher, football coach, and athletic director at Caroline High School. He is a current member of the Caroline County School Board and a former member of Bowling Green Town Council. Mr. Spaulding is a Deacon at Calvary Baptist Church. |
