David Storke and the staff at Storke Funeral Home are forever in my heart. Mr. Storke helped with my grandfathers arrangements after his passing in December of 2017, with more compassion than I ever thought I would see. In March of 2018 my mother who was indigent passed very unexpectedly. Mr. Storke helped my family when no one else including the U.S government would. I am forever grateful for his compassion and understanding and I would definitely recommend him to any and everyone in their time of grief.

On top of the tremendous grief that comes with losing a father, handling the final arrangements can be a tremendous weight. We knew Dad was in end stage COPD and Congestive Heart Failure, but you can never be prepared to lose a parent. The night Dad passed, hospice called Storke Funeral Home to come and pick his body up. Being from a small town, we knew the two young men personally who came to the house to get him. Antwan and Luis were both very professional and compassionate to our family and we knew Dad was in good hands. We met with Danny and Kip and worked with Katherine to finalize the cremation. The special touches they put on the flyers and memory book they created for us was beautiful and a testament to who our Dad was. We can honestly say that Storke Funeral Home employs such compassionate and caring staff members who truly care and are there for you thru the entire process. No words can express our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, those we worked with in person and those that worked behind the scenes.

We are eternally grateful for the selfless accommodations they provided our family.

Very polite and empathetic people. They do as much as they can to take some of the stress off your back. Pay very close attention to the details you want during the viewing, etc. Put their hearts into each family making sure everything is perfect . My father unexpectedly passed away in January and we needed someone to reliably help us navigate services at Arlington National Cemetery. We found Storke Funeral Home online and I don’t know what we would have done without David Storke. David was available within minutes to answer our questions and remained highly accessibly throughout the process. His caring, professional demeanor put us at ease immediately on the phone and in person. He was detailed oriented and took time to explain the process (multiple times) making sure we understood the time lines and unfamiliar Arlington protocols. David facilitated transporting my father’s remains from more than 500 miles away and respectfully sheltered him until the services. Words can’t express the relief we felt knowing that David had everything covered. He personally handled the services at Arlington and treated us like we were his only client.
